Spire Flower/Whip Flower

A design for a demonic flowering plant from the demon realm. Likely inhabiting forested biomes such as The Land of Moon and Sunbeam Empires for example.

These large plants stand tall and produce a strong smell that lures prey in close where they can use either their sticky inner petals to trap prey and then close in shut to devour them, or it can use it's whip like vines at the base of it's stem to kill prey or defend against predators.

It also produces a sweet fruit which grows along the upper part of its stem in rows.
